Marissa DeAnna comes to Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC from the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender where she worked as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender for almost four years. Highly skilled in litigation through motion practice, oral argument and negotiation, Marissa’s substantial courtroom experience informs her practice. Since joining Spiro Harrison & Nelson, Marissa has appeared before the Delaware Court of Chancery for trial, and has worked on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters.

Marissa received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and has an M.S. in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania.
